Voluntary Organization
North Rim Homeowners Association (NRHOA) is a voluntary organization that strives to help maintain and improve neighborhood safety, property values, and community vibrancy.
NRHOA maintains an owner email distribution list and emergency call system by which owners can be quickly notified of important events or emergencies.
As members, we regularly volunteer to maintain the subdivision entrance, sponsor activities and neighborhood parties, and initiate special projects that have included:

-
Installation and lighting of the entrance sign
-
Conducting wild fire safety audits
-
Organizing brush clean-ups
-
Communicating with TX-DOT, Travis County, etc.
-
Roadway safety
-
Neighborhood social gatherings
The NRHOA was not established by the subdivision developers and does not enforce the developer's deed restrictions. Click here to review current North Rim deed restrictions.
Community Concerns
Brushy Creek Regional Utility Authority (BRCUA) want to run a electric line through North Rim to supply their pumping station in Volente. This would necessitate significantly taller power poles along the route.
